The walking gala dinner will be organised on Wednesday, 8 June at 20hrs at the prestigious Kurhaus Wiesbaden. This splendid building was erected at the beginning of the 20th century . The Kurhaus of Wiesbaden, with its magnificent ballrooms, is the perfect venue for cultural events, open-air concerts and ballet performances. It is located 40 km (25 miles) from Frankfurt. Shuttle transfer will be provided to all participants to the dinner, starting from and coming back to the conference centre.

Dress will be informal.
Fee : 60 € per person (shuttle transfer included, departures from the conference centre : between 19.00 hrs and 19.30 hrs)
Booking is required in advance (see registration form) and payment should be made together with the registration fee. It is strongly recommend to buy the gala dinner tickets early in advance as places will be limited.
