Registrations are now closed. Only registration in Frankfurt is still possible (at onsite rate), payment by credit card or cash.

The conference registration fees are as follows :

Authors of selected papers are subject to registration fee.

* Proof of full-time academic status requested (c.dizier@cired2011.org)

To receive the early bird discount, registration and payment must be received on or before April 18 2011.

To be granted the full fee, payment has to be received by June 3 at the latest. For payment by bank transfer, we request to receive them by June 1 (as these are bank holidays on June 2 and 3).

Full registrations will be available (online and PDF) only until June 3 (17.00 hrs Belgian hours). If you need to register after this date, onsite registration will be available in Frankfurt ( at onsite rate).

Registration entitles participants to:

- attend all the conference sessions
- participate in the discussions
- take part in the poster guided tours
- visit the exhibition
- access the papers on line in advance of the conference
- receive the CD-Rom including all the reports presented during the technical sessions upon arrival at the conference
- receive the Special Reports - also available on line prior to the event
- the Conference presentations published on a second CD Rom after the conference
- the delegate bag handed out upon registration
- morning and afternoon refreshments
- a 4 day Frankfurt travel card
- attend the opening forum on Monday 6 June 2011
- participate in the welcome reception on Monday 6 June 2011

Part-time registration will NOT be accepted.
