Registration forms
Registrations are now closed, only registration in Frankfurt is possible at onsite rate (Visa/Mastercard or cash). Payment by bank transfer is not possible anymore.
Payments
Registration can paid via credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only) or via bank transfers.

To be granted the full fee, payment has to be received by June 3 at the latest. For payment by bank transfer, we request to receive them by June 1 (as these are bank holidays on June 2 and 3).
Your application will not be processed without payment. To receive the early bird discount, payment must be received on or before 18 April 2011.

Cancellation - Replacements - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 2 May 2011 at the latest, a refund of 75 % of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. CDR's will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference secretariat is notified in advance.
Lunches, gala tickets, tutorials and technical visits are not refundable. PHD rate is not refundable, even if cancelled on or before May 2.
Insurance
The Organisers cannot be held responsible for accidents to Conference registrants or for damage or loss of their personal property howsoever caused, registrants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements
