Participants are requested to familiarize themselves with visa requirements well in advance of the conference. The present worlwide security regulations result in generally more stringent visa requirements and associated visa processing time.
The CIRED 2011 organisers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
However, if you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the conference, please contact the administratrive office at c.dizier@cired2011.org and provide the following information :
Full name
Complete mailing address (including phone and fax numbers)
Passport Number / Country issued
Date of birth
Please request it well in advance of when you expect to need it
Invitation letters will be sent by normal mail (if participants request it). If fast courrier is needed, it will be at the participants' charge.
