Cancellation - Replacements - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 2 May 2011 at the latest, a refund of 75 % of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. CDR's will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference secretariat is notified in advance.
Lunches, gala tickets, tutorials and technical visits are not refundable. PHD rate is not refundable, even if cancelled on or before May 2.
